Ordered a beauty product from America. Communication was great the product came within 4 days I started to panick as I didn’t receive a tracking number but all good thank you will Defoe be using again.

Excellent customer service. Prompt and easy to communicate with, values my time. Very reasonable international shipping cost and several carriers to choose from. User friendly interface & website makes for a pleasant experience. I look forward to trying their "buy for me" feature which is great if you want to purchase something in the US that does not ship internationally.

I made my account long ago and, although I’ve noticed a price increase, they have a calculator so you can predict how much it will be before making your order. They placed one of my packages in another suite and as soon as I contacted them I got a reply. I thought it was just luck but we were able to have an email conversation as fluent as a chat. I really appreciated that.
