Please be advised that there have been recent changes to Spain’s customs regulations on importing cosmetic products into the country. Please take note of the following announcement by the Spanish customs:
“.. Only Essential oils are permitted for import. Imports of cosmetic products to the Canary Islands are prohibited in any case. No exceptions will be made by the customs authorities. Shipments of cosmetics to individuals are prohibited. These shipments will be refused entry and returned to the country or territory of export. Refused shipments may be subject to a return charge“.
As a result, all cosmetic products are being returned to MyMallBox where your package will be stored until further actions are taken by the owner. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with and adhere to such principles when dispatching the parcels.
